Sewer line repair and replacement
High-pressure jetting, tree roots and blockages cleared, cracked lines repaired, and old sewer lines replaced outright when they are past saving. 24/7 emergency sewer repair.
When the line under the yard gives out
A failing sewer line announces itself inside the house first. Drains run slow, toilets gurgle when the washer empties, and a backup shows up in the lowest tub or floor drain. Outside, you might see a soft, sunken or foul-smelling patch in the yard where the line runs. The pipe is buried under the lawn and often under the slab itself, so what you notice is only a symptom, and the break could be anywhere along its length.
Tree roots are the usual culprit in the older neighborhoods around Kenner, Metairie and New Orleans. Roots go looking for water, slip into a joint or a hairline crack, and grow into a net that catches everything flushed behind it. Old pipe makes it worse. Clay, cast iron and Orangeburg all wear out below grade where nobody can see them, and a line that has been cleared a few times is telling you something.

Jetting, root removal and repair from below
High-pressure jetting scours the inside of the line and clears the grease, sludge and debris that slow it down. Where tree roots are interfering with your sewer line, we remove the roots and the blockages they cause. We also offer video line inspections, so a line that keeps backing up can be looked at before anyone decides how much of it has to come out of the ground.
When the pipe itself is cracked, we repair the sewer line, and our licensed technicians dig down to the damaged section, including under the slab when that is where the line runs. Hydro-tunneling and vac trucks do the heavy digging where the pipe is buried deep or sits below a floor. Owner Mark Peterson is on every job, so the call between repair and replacement gets made by the person who has actually seen the pipe.
Replace the line or keep patching it
If your sewer lines are old, we offer line replacement too. A line that has cracked, flattened or rusted through will fail again after a patch, and every backup pushes waste water where it does not belong, whether that is the yard, the crawlspace or the floor of the house. Replacing the bad run with new pipe ends the cycle of clearing the same clog over and over and wondering when the next one comes.
Sewer trouble does not keep office hours, so our emergency sewer line repair runs 24/7. Call and we will set up a free same-day estimate, whether you are in Kenner, Metairie, New Orleans, Houma or Thibodaux. We have been at this since 1979, and insurance claims are one of our specialties, which matters when a backup has already damaged flooring or walls and someone has to document it.
